TCPA & Messaging Consent Notice

This notice explains how Mordecai Properties, a division of MM Holdings, contacts you by phone call and text message, and your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and related rules.

Your consent

By providing your phone number through one of our forms or in the course of a transaction, you agree that Mordecai Properties and its agents may call and send text messages to that number regarding your inquiry, property, offers, deals, and related real estate business. This may include calls or texts made using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

• Text: reply STOP to any text message to stop further texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Calls: ask us to place you on our internal Do-Not-Call list during any call, or email us using the address below.
• We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain an internal Do-Not-Call and Do-Not-Text list.

Quiet hours

We do not intend to place marketing calls or texts outside of permitted calling hours (generally 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time zone), except in direct response to your request.
