These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mordecai Properties website and services (the “Services”), operated by Mordecai Properties, a division of MM Holdings. By using the Services or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Mordecai Properties is a real estate investment company. We buy, sell, and assign real estate contracts. We are acting as a principal (buyer/seller or contract assignor) in our transactions and are not acting as your real estate broker, agent, attorney, or financial advisor unless we agree otherwise in a signed writing.
No professional advice
Information on the Services is provided for general purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Property values, repair estimates, offers, and projected returns are estimates only and are not guarantees. You should independently verify all information and consult your own professionals before making any decision.
Submissions
- By submitting a seller, investor, or developer form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
- An offer, deal listing, or match presented through the Services is not binding until set out in a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
- Assignment fees, purchase prices, and terms are disclosed in the applicable contract for each transaction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access non-public areas, scraping data, or submitting false information.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mordecai Properties and MM Holdings are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
